Account Deletion Procedure
To delete the account, please follow simple steps, login to:
1. Shoopy business app
2. Navigate to Manage
3. Go to Store Details option
4. Scroll to bottom and look for Delete Account
5. Provide your store name as shown
6. Hit on Delete Account
Deletion Process:
Upon receiving your request and verification, we will initiate the account deletion process promptly.Retention of Subscription Invoices:
Data Removal:
Upon account deletion, all personal and business-related information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems, databases, and servers.Your access to the Shoopy platform and associated services will be terminated.
Retention of Subscription Invoices:
As mandated by Indian Government Law, certain financial records, specifically subscription invoices, will be retained for a specified period to comply with legal requirements.Subscription invoices, which are subject to legal retention obligations, will be securely maintained and stored separately from personal and business-related data to ensure compliance with legal mandates.
