1. No-Questions-Asked Refund

  • We offer a no-questions-asked refund for eligible purchases.

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be granted provided there is no violation of our Terms and Conditions.​

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Refunds are not applicable for the following:

  1. Consumable Services:

    • Domain purchase charges

    • Store setup charges (if the setup process has already been completed)

    • App publishing charges (if publishing is completed)

    • SMS or other resource consumption charges

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Additional verification or proof of purchase may be required.

4. Special Cases

  • Requests for refunds outside the standard policy will be considered at the discretion of Clevup Technologies Pvt Ltd.

  • Partial refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, subject to review.
