We offer a no-questions-asked refund for eligible purchases.Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.Refunds will be granted provided there is no violation of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Refunds are not applicable for the following:Consumable Services:Domain purchase chargesStore setup charges (if the setup process has already been completed)App publishing charges (if publishing is completed)SMS or other resource consumption chargesViolations of Terms and Conditions:Refunds are void if the customer violates Shoopy's Terms and Conditions.Customized Services:Services specifically customized or tailored for the customer.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@shoopy.in or via phone at 8800616434.Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.Additional verification or proof of purchase may be required.
4. Special Cases
Requests for refunds outside the standard policy will be considered at the discretion of Clevup Technologies Pvt Ltd.Partial refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, subject to review.
