🧩 What is a Shoopy Theme? #
A theme is a pre-built design template for your online store. It includes layouts, styles, and templates that dictate how your content is displayed to visitors. Shoopy themes are responsive, meaning they automatically adapt to mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.
🔎 Browse & Preview Themes #
Shoopy offers a theme library where you can explore design options suitable for different businesses.
To browse themes:
Log in to your Shoopy Admin Panel
Go to Online Store → Themes
View available free and paid theme options
Click Preview to see how your store looks with a theme applied
Previewing a theme lets you test layouts and design before making it live.
➕ Install a Theme #
Once you find a theme you like:
On the Themes page, find the theme you want
Click Install
The theme will be added to your list of installed themes
You can now Customize it
Your store will still show your current live theme until you publish the new one.
🎛 Customize Your Theme #
Customizing a theme lets you match your brand and business style.
To customize:
Go to Online Store → Themes
Under Installed Themes, click Customize
Use the visual editor to adjust:
Colors
Fonts
Header & footer
Homepage sections
Banners and sliders
Buttons and text styles
Every change is shown in real-time so you can see how it looks before saving.
📌 Save & Publish Theme #
After customizing your theme:
Click Save to keep your changes
Click Publish if you want the theme to go live
Publishing your theme makes it the main layout customers see when they visit your store.
📱 Mobile Optimization #
All Shoopy themes are mobile responsive, which means they automatically adjust to fit screens of smartphones and tablets.
Still, you should check how your design looks on different devices:
While customizing, switch between Desktop and Mobile view
Make layout adjustments for mobile if needed
Good mobile design helps improve sales and SEO.
