Shoopy’s Fair Use Policy is designed to keep the platform reliable and affordable for all businesses. Each plan includes usage limits for SMS, orders, and bandwidth. If your usage goes beyond the included limit, we will inform you clearly before any extra charges apply.
1. SMS Usage
Shoopy lets you send SMS notifications to customers for order updates, promotions, and other important messages. Each plan includes a fair usage limit for SMS.
- Free Plan: Up to 50 SMS only
- Basic Plan: Up to 1,000 SMS per year
- Professional Plan: Up to 2,500 SMS per year
- Business Plan: Up to 5,000 SMS per year
If you go beyond your plan limit, extra SMS charges may apply. We will clearly inform you before applying those charges.
2. Order Processing Charges
Order processing charges apply only after you cross the yearly order limit of your plan. These charges apply to all payment types, including COD and online payments. You can review your current plan details on our Pricing page.
- Free Plan: ₹3 per order after 50 orders in a year
- Basic Plan: ₹2 per order after 250 orders in a year
- Professional Plan: ₹2 per order after 500 orders in a year
- Business Plan: ₹2 per order after 1,000 orders in a year
This helps us keep pricing fair for most businesses while supporting stores with higher usage needs.
3. Bandwidth Usage
Bandwidth helps your online store load and work smoothly for your customers. All plans include bandwidth for normal business usage.
If your store uses unusually high bandwidth, extra charges may apply. We will notify you if your usage is close to or above the allowed limit.
4. Billing and Credits
We aim to keep our billing clear and transparent. If extra charges apply for SMS or bandwidth, we will communicate them clearly. For broader platform terms, you can also read our Terms of Service.
Credits given as part of a plan purchase or renewal cannot be converted into cash.
